Keynote Talk
I’m excited to share that I’ll be delivering a keynote talk this October in London, titled:
AI Against The Odds: Building Tools for the Forgotten
This will be one of the most personal talks I’ve ever given. It’s about how I turned to AI when the systems that should have protected my mother — and countless others — failed.
“The legal system was not built for people in crisis. It was built for process. But cancer doesn’t wait for paperwork. Abuse doesn’t pause for bureaucracy.”
When the police closed the case, I was left with few options. Instead of giving up, I started building something new: LINDA, a tool that uses AI to help victims of domestic abuse document their experiences, understand their rights, and hold public services accountable.
In this keynote, I’ll explore how AI can make justice more accessible — not just to the privileged few, but to everyone. It’s about shifting power back to those who need it most, when they need it most.
